These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Golden Crown Casino. By registering an account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not register or continue using the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Golden Crown Casino. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the legal gambling age requirement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility
Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed. Any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. Golden Crown Casino is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
Account information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information — including false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the last three months. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, a screenshot of the sending wallet may be required.
Verification typically takes 24 to 72 hours after all documents are received. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time for security or compliance purposes. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.
4. Deposits
The minimum deposit is AUD 20, regardless of payment method. Deposits are credited to your account balance and must be wagered a minimum of three times before the related funds are eligible for withdrawal. This condition applies to all accounts and all payment methods.
We do not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments will be returned and the account may be reviewed.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount varies by payment method. Internal processing takes up to 24 hours before funds are dispatched. After dispatch, processing times depend on the payment method selected — cryptocurrency withdrawals typically complete within 10–60 minutes, card withdrawals within 3–5 business days.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending identity verification or additional security checks. We reserve the right to request documentation before approving any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC will not have withdrawals processed until verification is complete.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement across welcome bonus funds is 40x the bonus amount. Bonuses must be used within the stated expiry period — expired bonuses are removed from the account balance automatically.
Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the maximum bet cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The standard maximum bet cap during active bonuses is AUD 5 per spin or hand unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
Bonus Buy features and certain game categories may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. Check individual promotion terms for the applicable game contribution rates.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus terms — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.
7. Responsible Gambling

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
• Using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location or bypass geographic restrictions
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to generate winnings
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play across accounts
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
9. Technical Issues
In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, the round in question may be declared void and stakes returned to the player account. We are not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player’s end, including internet outages or device failures. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and cannot be altered once a round is complete.
10. Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure is finalised. If you are closing your account due to gambling concerns, our team will process a self-exclusion simultaneously and refer you to relevant support resources.
We reserve the right to close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
Golden Crown Casino operates under a Curaçao eGaming licence (OGL/2023/176/0095). These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under that licence. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
